IMAGinE Art Review’s preferred format to release its high quality issues is web based, though at times it may, given the need, be followed by a paper special edition.
Our format is dictated by the trends reflected in society. We’re all first generation internet users with a strong urge to be permanently connected, wherever we are, to gain access to all the information we may want.
In the USA, 10% of publications are web based, in Europe however this figure only amounts to 1%. During the last ‘salon de la BD in Angoulême’ (Graphic Novel fair), 30% of the publications were available in this format. In France an informal survey conducted shows that 75% of those asked were inclined to find it more entertaining to receive information on their smartphones.
Since January 2011 IMAGinE Art Review has been pleasing its readership now stretching to over 140 countries.
